We are writing to inform you that we will discontinue Paper.li on April 20, 2023.
This decision was not easy, but after 13 years of providing our service, it is time to say goodbye.
As a valued community member, we want to express our deepest gratitude for your support and loyalty over the years. It has been an incredible journey together, and we are honored to have had the opportunity to serve you.
So what happens now:
- All subscription charges will be suspended as of March 20, 2023, and you will not see any future charges moving forward.
- You will be able to continue viewing your existing papers until April 20, 2023.
- After April 20, 2023, papers will no longer be accessible, and all data will be permanently deleted.
Important note for users with yearly plans:
Users with yearly plans will be credited automatically (using the payment method on file) on a time-based proration calculated as of April 20, 2023.
